The Group has been a leading distributor and exporter of Ghee, Spices and a wide range of FMCG products in India and overseas since more than 4 decades. It has been the authorized distributor for Cadbury's, Kellogg's, Tata Communication and presently represents Adidas and Reebok in India. The most recent venture of the Group is its unique toy library, 'Growing Giraffe'.

Led by Mr. Uttam Khajanchi and CA Mitesh Khajanchi and backed by the technical expertise of Dr. Monty Khajanchi, the Group is a fast-growing consultant and supplier for a range of healthcare products to clinics, medical centres and hospitals in India and overseas. 

The Group has successfully developed real estate projects in the bustling neighbourhoods of Grant Road and Dadar in the metropolitan city of Mumbai. The projects helmed by the Group include 'Universal Height' and 'Kasturchand'.
